TRANSACTIONS
With all bookings confirmed by our clients, payments should be made through the bank on the company account of Corners of Earth Safari. For clients who are already in Uganda and would like to pay to our office, we always advise them to contact us on mobile: +256-787-451-133 or office: +256-200-912-105 for assistance.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Corners of Earth Safari counts a booking confirmed when you pay 50% of the safari fees. The balance should be paid 30 days before the start of the tour.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
Once the client wishes to do a cancellation of his trip in the due course, the company reserves the right to refund him as follows.
- 61days and above-20% of the total tour cost
- 45-60 days-40% of the total tour cost
- 30-44 days-60%of the total tour cost
- Less than 2 weeks 100% of the total tour cost
DOCUMENTATION
All travelers to Uganda and Rwanda are advised to travel with proper documents. Tourists should make sure they are carrying a valid passport and all other necessary documents like yellow fever certificates are all in order to avoid delays at the airports.
ACCOMMODATION
Corners of Earth Safari reserves the right to choose effective accommodation option for the client depending on which type of trip is being undertaken say Luxury, midrange or best budget
PHOTOGRAPHY
We reserve the right to take pictures of all our clients on the trip and sometimes we may use them for commercial purposes. In case anyone isn’t comfortable with being part of the team, inform our tour operator in advance such that you may be excluded from the group
