It is 8-9 hours drive to Bwindi from Entebbe international airport and a 4×4 wheel drive is recommended. From Kigali international airport via Kyanika border is approximately 215 kilometres while through Katuna is approximately 175kilometers. By Air

Tourists who don’t like spending a lot of time driving are always advised to contact their tour operators on time such that they can book for them flights on time. There are both scheduled and chartered flight from Entebbe international airport and Kajjansi airstrip. There are flights conducted by Aero Link Uganda and Bar Aviation.
