Our 20 days Uganda round trip takes you through Uganda’s national parks, namely, Kidepo Valley, Murchison Falls, Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi, and Lake Mburo national parks. The journey also takes you to Sipi Falls and Lake Bunyonyi. The trip starts and ends in Entebbe. Kidepo Valley National Park is a true gem of most Ugandan wildlife and also the least travelled estination,  hence unknown to many, but a trip to this park will be worth it. Be ready to experience more of culture both in and outside the national parks as you learn more about the lifestyle of the people of the Pearl of Africa. The trip starts and ends in Entebbe.

Detailed 20-Day Uganda Round Trip Package

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to the hotel

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and greeted by a Corners of Earth safari representative, who will later transfer you to your booked facility in time for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Jinja

After served breakfast, check out of the booked hotel and transfer to Jinja. Enroute stop at Ziwa rhino for rhino tracking and later embark on the journey to Jinja via Wobulenzi and Kayunga, arriving in time for check-in, evening relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Visit the source of the Nile; afternoon visit Itanda Falls.

After served breakfast, go for a visit to the source of the Nile and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings as you are rewarded with opportunities to take good and clear photographs. Return to the lodge for lunch and later visit Itanda Falls. Return to the lodge for evening relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Sipi

After serving breakfast, check out of the facility and transfer to Sipi. Arrive in time for lunch and check in. Afternoon leisure and relaxation

Day 5: Hike to Sipi Falls and coffee tours.

After serving breakfast, go for a hike to Sipi Falls as you explore the 3 waterfalls. In the afternoon, go for a coffee tour around the area and see how coffee is processed right from the beginning. You can at the end of the day taste a cup of locally made coffee.

Day 6: Transfer to Moroto

After serving breakfast, check out of the facility and transfer to Moroto in time for lunch. In the late afternoon, go for a community cultural experience where you get to know more about the cultures and norms of the Karamojong. Return to the booked facility in time for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 7: Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

After served breakfast, check out of the facility with your packed lunch and transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park. Have lunch en route and later arrive at the park in time for relaxation.

Day 8: Full-day game drives

After serving breakfast, go for a morning game drive in the park as you get to see a lot of animals, most especially the big five. Go for lunch, and later in the afternoon, go for another game drive such that you get the chance to see animals you may have missed during the morning game drive. Return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 9: Transfer to Gulu

After serving breakfast, check out of the facility and transfer to Gulu. Have lunch enroute and later embark on the journey to Gulu, arriving at the boked facility in time for relaxation.

Day 10: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.

After a refreshing breakfast, you’ll receive a detailed briefing for the day ahead. Later transfer to Murchison Falls with and go for a visit to the top of the falls, and later check in at the booked lodge in time for evening relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 11: Game Drive and Boat Cruise

This day starts with an early breakfast and a briefing for the day’s activities. You’ll embark on an exciting game drive through Murchison Falls National Park, exploring its diverse landscapes and encountering a wide array of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, lions, and more. After the game drive, you’ll enjoy a tasty lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll experience a thrilling boat cruise along the Nile River, where you’ll have the opportunity to witness the majestic Murchison Falls up close. Finally, you’ll return to the lodge for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay.

Day 12: Transfer to Kibale National Park

After serving breakfast, check out of the lodge and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park, also known as the primate capital of the world. The journey itself will provide you with beautiful views of lush greenery and abundant wildlife. landscape. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and later relax at the facility as you prepare for the next day’s activity.

Day 13: Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Swamp Walk

This day begins with an early breakfast to fuel your exciting day ahead. You’ll embark on an unforgettable chimpanzee tracking adventure in Kibale Forest. Before entering the forest, you are required to go for a briefing first at the Kanyanchu tourism information centre, where later you will be allocated in groups of six persons, and with the help of an experienced ranger guide from the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA), you’ll trek through the dense forest trails, encountering these intelligent primates in their natural habitat. After the chimp tracking, you’ll enjoy a well-deserved lunch, followed by a visit to the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary in the afternoon exploring the diverse birdlife and other wildlife that call this sanctuary home. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at the booked lodge.

Day 14: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, you’ll transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, a scenic journey that showcases the beauty of Uganda’s landscapes. Have lunch enroute and later arrive at the booked facility and check in. In the afternoon, go for a game drive in the park as you get to see a lot of animals. It should be noted that Queen Elizabeth is one of the top tourist destinations in Uganda. In the evening, return to the booked facility in time for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 15: Game Drive and Boat Cruise

Early in the morning, you’ll start with a fulfilling breakfast and briefing. You’ll then embark on an exhilarating game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you’ll have the chance to spot a wide range of wildlife, including elephants, buffalos, and various antelope species. After the game drive, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch, and later in the afternoon, go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel, where you will be rewarded with opportunities to see a school of hippos as well as Pelicans at the Pelican point. You also get to see the elephants and other animals that come out of the bushes in the hot afternoon to drink water on the shores of Kazinga Channel. In the evening, return back to the lodge for lunch in time for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 16: Transfer to Bwindi National Park, Batwa visit

After breakfast, check out of the booked facility and transfer to Bwindi. Enroute stop at the Cyanika border for immigration clearance and later embark on the journey to Bwindi, arriving at the booked facility and checking in. In the afternoon, go for a visit to the Batwa community and listen to their unique story of surviving in the forest over the years. As you are entertained with traditional songs as well. Return to the booked facility in time for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 17: Gorilla Tracking Experience

This is the highlight of your itinerary—the gorilla tracking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After breakfast and a briefing, you’ll embark on a thrilling trek through the dense forest, guided by experienced trackers. As you encounter a family of gentle giants, you’ll have a precious hour to observe these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Lunch will be provided, giving you time to rest and reflect on this extraordinary experience. The rest of the day will be spent at the lodge, where you’ll have dinner and spend the night.

Day 18: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

After serving breakfast, check out of the facility and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. Enroute stop at Igongo Cultural Centre for lunch and later embark on the journey to the national park. Arrive in the afternoon and check in, then later in the evening go for a game drive around the park. Return to the lodge in time for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 19: Game Drive & Optional Walking Safaris

After an early breakfast, go for a game drive in the park with high expectations of spotting early grazers. Return to the lodge for lunch, and in the afternoon, you can opt to go for walking safaris or relax as you prepare for the following day.

Day 20: Transfer to Entebbe for departure

After serving breakfast, check out of the facility and transfer to Entebbe. Enroute stop at the equator for lunch and shopping and later embark on the journey to Entebbe, arriving at the airport in time for your international departure back home.
