Our 4 days gorilla tracking, Batwa, and Echuya forest experience begins in Kigali and ends in Kigali. Take a visit to the forest people and experience their culture as you learn more about their life, thus surviving so many years and hence regarded as forest people. Take a boat ride around Lake Bunyonyi and explore the 29 islands and learn about the history and culture of the people of Kigezi.
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to the hotel
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be met and greeted by a Corners of Earth safari representative who will later transfer you to Lake Bunyonyi. En route, stop at the Katuna border for immigration services and later embark on the journey to Kabale, arriving at the booked facility in time for evening relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking Experience
After an early served breakfast, our driver guide will transfer you to Ruhija in Bwindi for a briefing before entering the forest in search of these gentle giants. As you encounter a family of gentle giants, you’ll have a precious hour to observe these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Lunch will be provided, giving you time to rest and reflect on this extraordinary experience. Later transfer to the booked accommodation for evening relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Batwa Experience in Echuya Forest
After breakfast, go for a visit to Echuya Forest and get to listen and learn more about the history of the people of the forest. Echuya Forest has trails managed by Corners of Earth Safari where you are free to sit and listen to the stories of these forest people. You are also welcomed with a traditional dance by the Batwa women and children. Later return to the booked facility in time for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Kigali for departure
After breakfast, check out of the facility and transfer to Kigali with an en route stop at the border for clearance. Later, embark on the journey to Kigali, arriving at the airport in time for your international flight.
