Cancellation by Client:
More than 60 Days Prior to Departure:
If a cancellation is made more than 50 days before the departure date, the client will be refunded the full amount paid, minus the non-refundable commission fee.
31 to 60 Days Prior to Departure:
For cancellations made between 30 and 50 days before departure, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, minus the non-refundable commission fee.
30 Days or Less Prior to Departure:
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the departure date are non-refundable, except for the commission fee which will be refunded
Cancellation by Safari Business:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a safari due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the commission fee.
Changes to Bookings:
Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Clients will be notified of any additional costs at the time of the request.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not show up on the day of the safari departure will not be eligible for any refund.
Refund Process:
All refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical expenses, and other travel-related issues.
Special Circumstances:
In cases of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of God, we will work with clients to reschedule the safari or provide a credit for future use. Refunds in these cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
