Our 3 days Jinja adventure takes you to Uganda’s industrialised city as you pass through Mabira Forest for primate watching as well as identifying different bird species. Jinja is located in eastern Uganda, approximately 85 kilometres from Uganda’s capital, Kampala. A lot of tourism activities can be done in Jinja, ranging from city tours to the Nile, which has a range of activities, for example, whitewater rafting, quad biking, horseback riding, and the source of the Nile, among others. A trip to Jinja is worth it at all times, and being strategically located near Uganda’s capital, Kampala, most tourists find it easy to access.

Day 1: Transfer to Jinja, afternoon source of the Nile

After serving breakfast, our company representative will meet and greet you at your residence, brief you, and later transfer you to Jinja. Arrive at the booked facility in time for lunch. In the afternoon, go for a boat ride to the source of Nile and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings as you are rewarded with opportunities to take good and clear photographs. Return to the lodge for evening relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Quad Biking and Itanda Falls

After early breakfast, go for quad biking. This activity takes you through the villages along the Nile as you get to see local people carrying out their day-to-day activities, most especially in calculating their fields. Return to the lodge for lunch, and later in the afternoon go for a visit to Itanda Falls and participate in various activities. In the evening, return to the booked facility in time for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 3: City Tour and transfer to Entebbe for departure

After an early  breakfast, check out of the booked facility and go for a city tour around Uganda’s industrialised city. You can visit the local markets and as well see the beautiful architecture of the buildings as you listen to interesting stories from the locals. Later transfer to Entebbe, arriving in time for your international flight back home.
