Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Kibale forest national park
Upon your arrival at the airport, the safari guide will greet you and provide a briefing about the safari. After, you will embark on the journey to Kibale Forest National Park. You will drive through the beautiful countryside, which includes tea plantations, crater lakes, and rolling hills. On arrival, you will check into the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi wetland walk
After morning breakfast, you will head out to the park’s headquarters for a briefing. After the briefing, you will enter the forest to search for the chimpanzee family. Once found, you’ll spend an hour watching them jump from branch to branch and interact. After, you will return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk in the Bigodi wetland sanctuary, which is famous for its rich birdlife, monkeys and cultural encounters. After, you will return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park
After morning breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and embark on the journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. On arrival, you will check into the lodge for relaxation and prepare for the next day’s activity.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking experience
After breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing about the rules and regulations of the gorilla trekking activity. You will watch them play, breastfeed, feed, groom their little ones and carry out their day-to-day activities. After, you will return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.
