Where are Rwenzori mountains located?

The Rwenzori mountains are situated in western Uganda, stretching along the border between Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Into the montane forest

The trekking experience starts in Kasese town or nearby trekking bases such as Kilembe and Nyakalengija. The hikers are meet the porters, experienced mountain guides and the support team. The guides then offers safety instructions and explains the hiking route and prepares the hikers for the journey ahead. The first stages of the hike tend to introduce the hikers to the foothills of the mountains.

Afro alpine zone
