Our 3 days Jinja adventure takes you to Uganda’s industrialised city as you pass through Mabira Forest for primate watching as well as identifying different bird species. Jinja is located in eastern Uganda, approximately 85 kilometres from Uganda’s capital, Kampala. A lot of tourism activities can be done in Jinja , ranging from city tours to the Nile, which has a range of activities, for example, whitewater rafting, quad biking, horseback riding, and the source of the Nile, among others. A trip to Jinja is worth it at all times, and being strategically located near Uganda’s capital, Kampala , most tourists find it easy to access.

Tour Plan
Arrive in Jinja from Kampala or Entebbe and check into your lodge. After settling in, enjoy a short orientation and briefing about the adventure activities available. Spend the afternoon exploring the local town or relaxing by the Nile. Overnight in Jinja.
After breakfast, experience the thrill of white-water rafting on the Nile. The rapids vary from grade three to grade five, offering excitement for beginners and experienced rafters alike. In the afternoon you may try kayaking, go on a nature walk along the river, or enjoy a boat cruise on the Nile to view birds and hippos. Overnight in Jinja.
Begin the day with optional bungee jumping from the Nile Bridge for a truly adrenaline filled experience. Alternatively enjoy zip lining or quad biking. After lunch start your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe for onward travel.
