Tour Plan
Begin your journey with a morning transfer to Entebbe Airport for your domestic flight to either Kihihi or Kisoro airstrip, depending on your trekking sector. Enjoy stunning views of Lake Victoria, rolling hills, and lush green landscapes as you fly into the Bwindi region.
Upon arrival, a lodge representative or safari guide will welcome you and transfer you to your accommodation. Spend the afternoon at leisure, enjoying the tranquillity of the rainforest, relaxing on your veranda, or taking an optional community walk.

This is the long awaited moment. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing from the Uganda Wildlife Authority guides. You will be assigned a gorilla family and begin your trek through Bwindi’s thick vegetation and misty trails.
The trek can take between two to eight hours depending on the gorillas’ movement. Once you find them, spend a full magical hour observing their behaviour as they feed, play, groom, and interact within the forest. This intimate encounter is one of the most memorable wildlife experiences in the world.
Return to your lodge, enjoy a warm meal, and rest. The afternoon is free for relaxation, or you may opt for a massage or guided nature walk.
Accommodation:
Same as Day 1
After breakfast, choose from one of several activities available around Bwindi. You may visit the Batwa community for a cultural encounter where you learn about their forest traditions, stories, and music. Alternatively, take a guided forest walk to explore waterfalls, birdlife, and unique plants within the rainforest.
The rest of the day can be spent relaxing at your lodge, enjoying the views, or taking part in optional activities such as coffee tours or craft shopping in nearby villages.

Enjoy a relaxed morning at the lodge before transferring to the airstrip for your return flight to Entebbe. Upon arrival, connect to your onward international flight or continue with another safari extension.
