The 1 day conservation centre is a rare and educational Uganda safari experience which allows tourists to enjoy a close encounters with wildlife species in a manageable conservation environment. The centre is famous for its efforts in conservation and animal care initiatives that provide tourists with a chance to see the wildlife species such as lions, giraffes, Uganda Kobs and others that are saved and protected

DETAILED ITINERARY

The tour starts with a pick up from your hotel and transfer to the CTC conservation centre which is located outside of Mpigi town. On arrival at the conservation centre, you will be received and briefed about the conservation work, animal rescue programs and the safety guidelines.

After, you will start your guided tour at the conservation centre. You will have a close encounter of lions, giraffes, Uganda Kobs as well as other rescued wildlife species.  You will meet, observe and interact with the rehabilitated and rescued animals. You will as well get the opportunity to feed the non carnivorous species, hand feed zebras, donkeys, Uganda Kobs and many more.

You will as well spend time with lion cubs, cuddle and play with them. Guided nature walks with the guides and explore the beautiful conservation grounds and its abundant flora. You will take pictures with various animal species.

You will have lunch within or next to the conservation centre. After you get to learn more about the wildlife protection, animal rehabilitation and the conservation efforts. Knowing this adds depth on the educational extent to the wildlife safari experience.

Later, you will embark on the journey back to Kampala or Entebbe. On arrival, you will be dropped at your hotel or any place of convenience.
