Rwenzori Mountains National Park

Rwenzori Mountains National Park is Uganda’s crown jewel for trekking and mountaineering, home to the legendary “Mountains of the Moon”. Towering at 5,109 meters, Margherita Peak on Mount Stanley is the third-highest mountain in Africa and the highest point in Uganda. Unlike Mount Kilimanjaro or Mount Kenya, the Rwenzoris are glaciated, rugged, and incredibly biodiverse, offering a unique hiking experience for serious adventurers.
